Role Summary
TrueAlpha helps India's most ambitious operator founders sharpen their business narrative and raise capital — through content, playbooks, and 1:1 guidance, backed by hands-on investment support. We're looking for a Founder's Office Associate to work directly with the Founding Partner across everything that keeps TrueAlpha running and growing: content, our new website (being built on Google AI Studio), founder engagement on LinkedIn, and whatever new initiative comes up next.

This is a broad, high-ownership role — less "execute a fixed job description" and more "be the extra pair of hands and brain the founder's office needs." Success here looks like: drive content engine that ships on time and reads sharp, founder conversations on LinkedIn that don't go cold, and initiatives (like website, fellowhsip cohorts) that get built out over multiple step without constant supervision. This starts as a part-time (3–4 hrs/day), fully remote role for the first 3 months, with room to grow into a larger role as you gain trust with the founder.

Responsibilities
Help plan, draft,



and publish content across LinkedIn, newsletter, and other channels in TrueAlpha's voice
Support the build-out of TrueAlpha's new website (built on Google AI Studio), including content updates and data processing/organization
Monitor and respond to founders reaching out to TrueAlpha on LinkedIn, and help manage ongoing conversations with them
Support current initiatives as they come up — research, coordination, first drafts, and follow-through
Use AI tools proactively to move faster on writing, research, and day-to-day execution
Work directly with the Founding Partner, flagging blockers early and following through on tasks with minimal hand-holding

Qualifications
Recent graduate (freshers welcome); prior internship or project experience is a strong plus
Comfortable and fluent working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) as part of daily workflow
Reasonable written and verbal communicatio
