About the Role
We’re building the core Ground Control Station (GCS) for drones — a multi-platform system that enables real-time mission planning, live drone control, telemetry visualization, and operator dashboards. As a Full-Stack Developer, you'll help shape the UI/UX, backend logic, real-time communication infrastructure, and operator workflows. You'll work alongside a tight-knit team including a Product Manager, UI/UX Designer, Embedded Engineers, and Drone Pilots.



This is a foundational role where you'll influence architectural decisions and build systems that directly power real-world drone operations.

Key Responsibilities
Architect and develop responsive, real-time user interfaces for mission planning, telemetry, and video feed control using React.js + Tailwind CSS (JavaScript based frameworks)
Build and manage backend services/APIs using Node.js or FastAPI for mission data, operator actions, and drone communication
Implement WebSocket/MQTT interfaces to handle real-time drone telemetry, alerts, and command signals
Integrate map APIs (Mapbox/Leaflet), WebRTC-based video feeds, and real-time sensor data visualization
Collaborate with hardware and embedded teams to align on drone commands, battery states, mission execution, and telemetry formats
Optimize frontend/backend performance, implement fault-tolerance and low- latency streaming
