Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Mahabaleshwar. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective customers at the resort, explain Club Mahindra vacation ownership products, and conduct sales presentations and property tours. The role involves qualifying leads, understanding customer needs,



and closing sales while adhering to company policies and revenue targets. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow up on inquiries, and support post-sale onboarding for new members. The position also includes collaborating with resort operations and marketing teams to optimize guest experience and generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
Robust customer relationship management abilities, with a focus on hospitality, service orientation, and guest engagement.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to explain products clearly and handle objections professionally.
Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, sales reporting systems, and standard office software for documentation and follow-up.
