Analyst – Global People Operations & COE Support

Role Summary
Support Global People COEs through a combination of SharePoint solution
management, financial operations, reporting & analytics, stakeholder management,
and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Partner with Global People teams (Talent, L&D;, Digital HR, etc.) to support
operational and strategic initiatives.
* Manage recharge processes, invoicing, budget tracking, financial reporting,
and transaction governance.
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and business insights using Excel
and Power BI.
* Serve as a SharePoint Online SME, managing sites, content, permissions,
enhancements, and user support.
* Drive process improvement and automation initiatives using Microsoft 365 and
Power Platform capabilities.




* Coordinate projects, stakeholder communications, documentation, and
implementation activities.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide trusted advisory support
across business functions.
* Create process documentation, support knowledge management, and enable team
capability building.
