Position: SEO Specialist
Location: Vadodara (Onsite) | Type: Full-Time

The Role
We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our Vadodara team in a full-time, onsite capacity. This person will own and execute SEO strategy across a diverse client portfolio, spanning local businesses, national brands, and everything in between.



The role covers the full spectrum: audits, keyword research, on-page and technical optimization, content collaboration, link building, reporting, and increasingly, visibility in AI-driven search and answer engines.

This is not a role for someone who runs reports and moves on. We want someone who reads a ranking dip and immediately asks why. Someone who looks at a traffic graph and wants to know what changed, what worked, and what didn't get done last month, and why not. The best SEO people on our team are the ones who interrogate their own work before anyone else has to.

What You Will Do
Strategy and Analysis
-Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and identify the highest-impact opportunities for each client
-Track keyword performance, movement, and shifting search intent across all managed accounts
-Analyze Core Web Vitals, crawl health, indexing status, and technical SEO issues
