We are specifically looking to hire candidates with direct, hands-on experience inside the Student Accommodation / PBSA ecosystem. If you already know property operators, tenancy agreements, room types (studios, ensuites, non-ensuites), and how to close accommodation bookings, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Booking Conversion: Consult incoming student leads, understand their specific university campus locations, preferences, and budgets, and convert inquiries into confirmed tenancy bookings.
PBSA Inventory & Market Advisory: Pitch relevant student properties, explaining room layouts, dual-occupancy terms, utility inclusions, deposit policies, and tenancy lengths (44-week/51-week contracts).
Pipeline Acceleration:



Proactively manage and nurture daily inbound accommodation leads through structured follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email to maximize conversion speed.
Onboarding & Tenancy Support: Guide students and guarantors through the application, lease signing, and booking confirmation stages in coordination with property management partners.
Target Delivery: Consistently achieve individual monthly booking targets, revenue quotas, and conversion rate KPIs.
CRM & Data Hygiene: Maintain meticulous tracking of lead stages, room availability status, and booking pipelines within the CRM.

Candidate Requirements

2–6 months of direct experience in Student Accommodation sales, PBSA booking consultation, or student housing platform operations.
Explicit understanding of the student housing market, including room typologies, PBSA booking cycles, intake periods, and lease processes.
Proven track record of handling high-volume lead pipelines and closing
