Youth For Seva is looking for a Competitive Exam Trainer to support students in government schools in their preparation for competitive examinations.
The role involves conducting engaging classroom sessions focused on Mental Aptitude, reasoning, and competitive exam preparation, while helping students build confidence and strengthen their problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have prior teaching experience, strong communication skills in Kannada and English, and the ability to effectively engage and mentor government school students.
Roles & Responsibilities
Competitive Exam Training: Conduct structured classroom sessions to prepare students for competitive examinations.
Mental Aptitude & Reasoning: Teach aptitude, logical reasoning, and other relevant concepts using simple and engaging methods.
Student Engagement: Understand students' learning levels and simplify concepts to ensure effective learning and participation.
School Coordination:
Conduct training sessions across assigned government schools as per the programme schedule.
Student Mentoring: Motivate and guide students to build confidence, improve problem-solving abilities, and develop a competitive exam-oriented approach.
Programme Support: Maintain basic records and support programme-related activities as required.
Eligibility
1–2 years of teaching experience is preferred.
Knowledge and experience in Mental Aptitude and Competitive Exam preparation.
Ability to work effectively with government school students.
Positive communication skills in Kannada and English.
Basic computer proficiency.
Willingness to travel to 3–4 assigned schools per week.
Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
Passion for teaching and working with school students.
