Role Description The Inside Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. In this role, the team member will manage inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and convert prospects into customers for Disciple Infomedia’s education-focused products and services. Daily responsibilities include researching potential clients, pitching solutions that align with their needs, providing product information,



and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The Inside Sales Executive will follow up on leads, coordinate with marketing and product teams, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle. The position requires meeting sales targets, preparing regular reports, and contributing insights to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
