Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist with strong expertise in specialized hiring for Manufacturing, Automotive, and Aerospace industries. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to understand technical requirements, source niche talent, manage stakeholders, and successfully close positions across various levels.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Manufacturing, Automotive, and Aerospace clients.




Understand technical and functional job requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, networking, and other channels.
Handle niche and hard-to-fill positions across engineering, technical, production, quality, R&D;, maintenance, supply chain, and other functions.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, industry exposure, and organizational fit.
Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate technical/management interview rounds.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand hiring priorities and provide regular recruitment updates.
Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure successful closures.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment MIS.
Develop strong candidate and client relationships to support repeat and ongoing hiring
