About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to join our Bangalore team and take ownership of key HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Policy Implementation.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can effectively balance people and business needs. You will work closely with leadership and managers to ensure HR policies and processes are implemented consistently, workplace standards are maintained, and employees have a positive and productive experience.
A key part of this role will be building a strong talent pipeline so that we are able to attract the right people not only for current vacancies but also for future business requirements.
We are looking for someone who is confident, organised, approachable, and comfortable taking ownership of HR matters and having difficult conversations when required.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Talent Pipeline




Manage and support end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both immediate and future hiring requirements.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality talent.
Build relationships with potential candidates even when there is no immediate vacancy.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure the right talent is being identified.
Maintain an organised recruitment tracker and ensure hiring activities move efficiently through each stage.
Support employer branding initiatives that effectively communicate the company's culture, values, and career opportunities.
Continuously identify new sourcing channels and recruitment methods to improve the quality and speed of hiring.
