MantraAQ is developing value-added food products from Singhara (Water Chestnut) and other underutilized Indian crops.
We’re looking for 2 Food R&D; Interns to work hands-on in:
Product formulation & prototyping
Food processing & experimentation
Sensory testing and product improvement
Process optimization, costing & scale-up
Documentation and R&D; trials
Who can apply: Students of Food Technology, Food Science, Food Processing, Food Engineering, Dairy Technology or related fields.
Ideal candidate: Curious, hands-on, comfortable with experimentation and willing to learn through repeated trials.
