About the Role
BIA is looking for a proactive and execution-focused Associate - Placements to join our Career & Employability team in Mumbai. The role will be responsible for sourcing relevant job opportunities for BIA students, building relationships with HRs and recruiters, coordinating hiring processes,



maintaining the BIA CEC placement portal, and supporting students throughout the placement process.
You will actively identify job openings across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, company career pages, and other job platforms, connect with HRs and recruiters, understand their hiring requirements, and bring relevant opportunities to BIA students. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of recruitment processes, excellent follow-up discipline, and the ability to manage multiple student and employer requirements simultaneously.

Job & Opportunity Sourcing
· Actively source relevant job openings for BIA students across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, company career pages, recruitment platforms, and other job portals.
· Identify openings aligned with students' skills, courses, experience levels, locations, and career aspirations.
