Role Description The Field Sales Assistant is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role involves supporting field sales activities, engaging with potential and existing customers, and assisting in presenting product offerings and solutions.



The Field Sales Assistant will help coordinate meetings and demos, maintain accurate records of client interactions, and follow up on leads to support conversion and retention. Daily tasks include collaborating with the sales team on territory planning, gathering customer feedback, preparing basic sales reports, and ensuring professional, consistent representation of Posspole in all external interactions. The role also requires close coordination with internal teams to relay market insights and support continuous improvement of sales approaches.
Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build trust and maintain positive client relationships.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to present information clearly and handle inquiries professionally.
Foundational sales skills, including lead follow-up, basic negotiations, and product presentation in field
