Key Responsibilities:
✅ Brand Activation & Consumer Engagement
- Develop & execute brand activation campaigns, trade promotions, and consumer engagement programs .
- Implement strategies to boost brand awareness & customer loyalty .

✅ Channel & Trade Marketing
- Manage channel strategies, budget planning & performance analysis .
- Build & nurture relationships with distributors, retailers, and internal teams .
- Oversee loyalty programs, merchandising & trade marketing initiatives .

What We're Looking For:
✔ 5+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Consumer Goods/Beauty & Personal Care preferred).
✔ Strong knowledge of retail channels, trade marketing, and campaign execution .
✔ Excellent people skills, logical thinking, and MS Excel proficiency .
✔ A fast learner who thrives in a dynamic & experimental workplace.
