A leading player in the Global Agri-Export sector, we specialize in premium Basmati rice exports to international markets across the Middle East, Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia. With a legacy of quality, traceability, and trusted supply chains, we’re scaling our global sales footprint—and we’re looking for ambitious, hungry Freshers to join our International Sales team and help us win new markets, build lasting client relationships, and drive export revenue from day one.

Role & Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and engage potential buyers and distributors across target international markets through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and trade show follow-ups.
Prepare compelling product decks, pricing proposals, and sample kits tailored to regional buyer needs and trade regulations.
Track and report lead conversion metrics, pipeline velocity, and sales activity using CRM tools—supporting leadership with data-driven insights.
Represent the brand at international food exhibitions, virtual trade fairs, and buyer networking events.




Develop a deep understanding of global rice market trends, buyer preferences, and competitive landscape to tailor sales messaging effectively.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Basic understanding of international trade concepts (Incoterms, export documentation)
CRM tools experience (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel internationally for business development activities

Preferred

Basic familiarity with agricultural commodities or food export business
Experience in B2B sales or customer engagement (internship or campus projects)
Working knowledge of Arabic or French (for Middle East or Francophone market support)
