About the Role
We are looking for a Production Process Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating the complete production process from confirmed order to final dispatch. The role requires robust follow-up, planning, coordination, documentation, and communication with the sales team, production team, vendors, quality team, and dispatch.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring that every order moves smoothly through each stage of production and is delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities1. Order Handover & Production Planning
Receive confirmed orders from the sales team with complete specifications.
Verify product details, quantities, dimensions, colours, materials, finishing requirements, and delivery dates.




Prepare and release production instructions/job cards.
Coordinate production schedules based on priority and committed dispatch dates.
Ensure all required materials and information are available before production starts.
2. Production Coordination
Track every order through each stage of production.
Coordinate with different production teams to ensure timely movement of orders.
Follow up regularly on pending jobs and identify delays in advance.
Maintain an updated Order Production Tracker.
Escalate bottlenecks or delays to the Production Manager immediately.
Ensure urgent and priority orders are properly communicated to the relevant teams.
3. Material & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with stores and purchase teams regarding material availability.
Raise requirements for materials needed for upcoming production.
Follow up with vendors for pending materials or outsourced processes.
