We're looking for an Employee Engagement Specialist to own our culture and new joiner experience end-to-end — employee engagement initiatives, the full onboarding lifecycle and HR documentation. You'll be the single point of contact for new joiners from offer to confirmation, a culture ambassador org-wide and a trusted partner to HRBPs and business leaders. 1. Employee Engagement & Culture
Design and execute the annual employee engagement calendar — celebrations, cultural events, recognition programs, wellness activities, and CSR initiatives — with end-to-end ownership of planning, budgeting, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination.
Own employee communications — announcements, newsletters, and campaigns — that reinforce company values, mission, and key initiatives.




Conduct employee pulse surveys and run feedback mechanisms; analyze insights and partner with leadership to implement actionable improvements.
Serve as a culture ambassador, fostering recognition, inclusion, and collaboration, and supporting leadership in promoting a positive, high-performance work environment.
2. Onboarding, Induction & Pre/Post-Joining Activities
Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle — from offer acceptance through Day 30/60/90 and probation confirmation — as the single point of contact for new joiners, working closely with HRBPs.
Drive all pre-onboarding activities: offer letter coordination, welcome kits, system access requests, IT provisioning, buddy assignments, and joining formalities ahead of Day 1.
Design and deliver a structured HR Induction program covering company values, policies, org structure, HR systems, and culture.
Conduct structured 30/60/90-day check-ins, gather current joiner feedback, track probation milestones, and coordinate confirmation processes.
