The Engineering Tool Support Specialist must be proactive,



detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential for maintaining the productivity and efficiency of engineering teams by ensuring they have reliable access to the tools they need.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical or a related field.
- Experience in technical support or engineering role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Bricscad, Tekla, ETAP, Bentley STaadPro, Aspen, Hexagon products, Smart 3D & Smart P&ID;, Aveva etc).
- Robust understanding of IT infrastructure and software deployment.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
