We are seeking a highly skilled SAP IBP Lead Consultant to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions . The ideal candidate should have expertise in demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP; processes within SAP IBP. Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, CPI-DS, and data integration strategies is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and support of SAP IBP modules (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP;, Response & Supply).
- Design and configure SAP IBP planning models, key figures, planning areas, and algorithms .
- Integrate SAP IBP with SAP ECC/S4 HANA, CPI-DS, and third-party systems .
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand planning requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Optimize forecasting and demand planning strategies using advanced analytics and AI-driven insights.
- Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization across SAP IBP, ERP, and other enterprise applications.
- Conduct performance tuning,



troubleshooting, and enhancements in SAP IBP.
- Provide expertise in SAP IBP Fiori Apps, Process Modeling, and Analytics Dashboards .
- Lead and mentor junior consultants , providing technical guidance and best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing sessions .

Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in SAP supply chain planning and IBP solutions .
- Solid expertise in SAP IBP Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP; .
- Experience with SAP CPI-DS, HANA, and integration with SAP ECC/S4 HANA .
- Knowledge of SAP IBP Analytics, Fiori-based dashboards, and reporting tools .
- Hands-on experience in configuring planning models, key figures, and supply chain networks .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
