Role Description
This is a full-time role for head of Motor Insurance Sales. The role will be on-site, located in Mumbai.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced result oriented professional to drive Motor Insurance sales.

The role is responsible for driving both retail and institutional motor insurance sales through digital channels, telesales, strategic partnerships,



affinity programs, OEM relationships, and fleet business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the motor insurance ecosystem, digital customer acquisition, partnership development, and insurance distribution. The individual will be responsible for building a profitable and scalable motor insurance business while leveraging FatakPay's digital ecosystem and customer base.

Prior experience of motor insurance sales – preferably in insurance broking is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

1. Retail Motor Insurance Sales
Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for Motor Insurance.
Develop channels for acquiring customers beyond in-house leads
Build a high-performing digital and telesales team
Lead and manage a telesales team responsible for converting digital leads into policy sales
