About Us: Luxury Tribe is India's first & only, invitation-only luxury travel trade platform, connecting global high-end hospitality brands with India's elite travel designers, wedding planners, and high-net-worth buyers.
Role Overview: You will join the team, leading the end-to-end delivery of Luxury Tribe's event — from concept and logistics to on-site production — ensuring every touchpoint reflects the standards our audience of luxury brands and elite buyers expects. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who blends sharp project management with a genuine feel for luxury hospitality and experiential design.
Key Responsibilities:




Manage the full event lifecycle: budgeting, timelines, vendor sourcing, vendor negotiation, production, and on-site delivery.
Coordinate curated one-on-one meeting schedules between international hospitality brands and Indian luxury buyers.
Oversee guest experience, hospitality, and VIP handling to a premium standard.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and content teams to align events with brand positioning and buyer engagement goals.
Track event performance and deliver post-event reporting and insights.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in event management, luxury hospitality, or destination/experiential events.
Proven track record delivering premium, high-touch events for discerning audiences.
Strong project management skills — able to juggle multiple workstreams and stakeholders without dropping detail.
