Key Responsibilities Be the primary point of contact for wedding clients from booking until event completion. Understand the couple's vision, family preferences, budgets, timelines, and expectations. Manage all client communication through calls, Whats App, meetings, and site visits. Coordinate seamlessly with Sales, Planning, Production, Décor, Hospitality, Operations, and Vendor Teams. Ensure every client requirement is communicated, tracked, and executed accurately. Follow up on approvals, payments, guest lists, layouts, schedules, and other wedding deliverables. Handle last-minute client requests calmly and professionally during wedding functions. Maintain detailed client records, MOMs, timelines, and follow-up reports. Provide regular updates to clients throughout the wedding planning journey. Collect post-event feedback and help maintain long-term client relationships. What We're Looking
