Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development/Sales role based in Bengaluru, focused on both commercial and residential real estate. The role involves sourcing and qualifying leads, building and managing a pipeline of prospective clients, and conducting property presentations and site visits.



The individual will identify client requirements, recommend suitable properties or solutions, and negotiate terms to close transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining solid relationships with existing clients, collaborating with internal teams on listings and proposals, tracking market trends, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The role also requires consistent follow-up, proactive outreach, and participation in networking activities to expand the client base.

Qualifications:
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand needs, and build long-term relationships.
Proven Sales and Account Management skills to manage pipelines, negotiate deals, and achieve revenue targets.
Basic knowledge of Purchasing processes and transaction workflows in real estate.
Familiarity with commercial and residential real estate markets, preferably in Bengaluru and sur
