Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Event Executive role based in Bangalore Urban. The Event Executive will coordinate and manage end-to-end event execution, including planning timelines, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-ground operations. Responsibilities include briefing and supporting creative teams,



assisting in concept development, preparing event proposals and budgets, and ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements and brand standards. The role involves regular client communication, site visits, supervision of setup and rehearsals, and real-time problem-solving during events. The Event Executive will also contribute to post-event reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of processes.
Qualifications
Strong event planning and execution skills, including coordination, scheduling, and on-ground management.
Ability to manage vendors, negotiate costs, and oversee logistics such as venues, technical setups, and hospitality.
Experience in client servicing, with clear communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
Basic budgeting and documentation skills for proposals, timelines, reports, and post-event analysis.
