We are looking for a creative and fast-paced Video Editor and Motion Graphics animator who understands how to turn ideas into engaging videos. This role is for long-form YouTube videos.

Software Knowledge
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
Key Responsibilities
Edit high-quality long-form videos for YouTube
Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and music to enhance engagement
Add Motion Graphics and Animations
Ensure fast-paced, platform-native editing style
Collaborate with the content team on storytelling and structure
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of long-form YouTube editing
Good sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling
Experience with tools like Premiere Pro,
After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Ability to work quickly and iterate based on feedback
Bonus / Valuable to Have
Experience in YouTube growth and content strategy
Ability to write or improve hooks and scripts
Familiarity with AI tools for editing or voiceovers
Strong motion graphics skills (highly preferred and a big advantage)
