Role Description The Senior Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing admissions for management and distance education programs. The Senior Sales Executive will conduct counseling sessions with prospective students and working professionals, understand their career goals,
and recommend suitable educational programs. Daily activities include following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, coordinating with counseling and admissions teams, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The role also requires participation in promotional activities, building solid relationships with institutional partners, and providing timely market feedback to support business growth.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or admissions counseling, ideally within the education or training sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage prospective students and working professionals effectively.
Ability to manage leads, maintain accurate documentation, and use basic CRM or sales tracking tools efficiently.
