About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Cataloguer to manage and maintain accurate product information across VBJ’s jewellery catalogue and digital commerce platforms.
The role requires a solid understanding of jewellery product attributes, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with Merchandising, Production, Inventory, Design, Photography, and E-commerce teams.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with high volumes of SKUs while ensuring that every product is represented accurately, consistently, and to VBJ’s quality standards.

Job description
Role & responsibilities

1. Product Cataloguing
Create, maintain, and update accurate product records for VBJ jewellery collections.
Enter key product attributes including SKU/Product Code, category, product type, collection, design, metal type, purity, gross/net weight, and pricing.
Update diamond/gemstone details, stone count, shape, cut, caratage, size, dimensions, and other product specifications as applicable.
Ensure product information is complete, accurate, consistent,



and aligned with approved master data.
Maintain catalogue records for new launches, existing products, collections, and product revisions.
Promptly update changes related to product specifications, pricing, availability, and other catalogue attributes.

2. Image & SKU Mapping
Ensure the correct product images are mapped to the corresponding SKU/product code.
Cross-check product images against the physical jewellery and catalogue specifications.
Ensure all required views and images are available as per VBJs catalogue standards.
Identify incorrect, duplicate, missing, or mismatched images and coordinate for correction.
Maintain accurate image naming, tagging, and SKU-level mapping.
3. Product Data Quality & QC
Conduct thorough quality checks before products are published on VBJs website or other digital platforms.
