About the Role

Jefferies is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM & Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
Technical Analyst to support and develop its global HR technology platform. This
role is responsible for the technical administration, support, configuration,
integration, and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM, with a focus on Core HR and
Recruiting.

The ideal candidate combines deep Oracle Cloud expertise with strong analytical
and problem-solving skills, partnering closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and
IT teams to deliver scalable solutions, support platform stability, and drive
continuous improvement across HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide advanced technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle Recruiting
Cloud.
* Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex
production issues.
* Design, develop, test, and implement system enhancements, integrations, and
configurations.
* Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and cross-functional technology teams to
deliver scalable, best-practice solutions.
* Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases,



including impact assessments,
regression testing, and deployment readiness.
* Develop and maintain integrations, reports, extracts, workflows, and data
conversion processes.
* Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy standards.
* Contribute technical expertise to the HR technology roadmap and ongoing
platform modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering,
or a related discipline.
* 3-5+ years of experience supporting and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM,
including Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
* Core HR – employee lifecycle, hires, transfers, terminations, assignments,
jobs, positions and organizations
* Hands-on experience with Redwood UX and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
* Strong technical expertise in HCM Extracts, HDL, Rapid Formulas, BI Publisher,
OTBI, and Oracle Cloud integrations.
