Role: Manager - Solution Consulting
Location: Bangalore/Pune
Job Description: Edgeverve Systems Limited is seeking Solution Consultant with familiarity or expertise across corporate operations and/or industry domain. As a Solution Consultant at EdgeVerve, you will play a crucial role in delivering complex AI, Automation and Data solutions to our clients. You will lead a team of solution consultants, oversee project PoC/Pilot delivery, and act as a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities
• Client Engagement:
Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business challenges and goals.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify opportunities for EdgeVerve products and services.
Present solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
Solution Design & Delivery:
Design comprehensive solutions that address client pain points and align with their strategic objectives.
Leverage functional/technical expertise to create creative solutions utilizing EdgeVerve's product portfolio.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Demos/PoCs/Pilots to aid in selling EdgeVerve products and solutions
Manage project risks and issues effectively.
Technical Expertise:
Serve as a subject matter expert in specific EdgeVerve product areas.
Stay up to date with the latest technological trends and industry best practices where AI and Automation is applicable
Provide function/technical guidance and support to the Solutions team.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop high-quality proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition, scope of work, and pricing.
Provide technical support during the sales cycle, answering product-related questions and resolving customer issues.
Work with Sales/Solution Consultant to manage and win opportunities.
Assist in qualification of sales opportunities and lead the EdgeVerve ROI Assessment (ERA)
