Robust academic foundation in business management or engineering from a Tier 1 or 2 school.

Role Overview
The Chief of Staff / CEO Office role is one of the highest leverage positions within the organisation.
The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO across strategic initiatives, market expansion, business transformation, leadership alignment and execution priorities.
The role requires someone who can operate with a high degree of independence, navigate ambiguity, identify opportunities and challenges proactively, and convert strategic thinking into measurable business outcomes.
Over time,



this individual is expected to grow into a broader leadership role such as Head of CEO Office or Chief of Staff.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Support
Act as an extension of the CEO by providing insights, analysis and recommendations on critical business decisions.
Research new markets, industries, competitors and emerging opportunities independently.
Prepare executive briefings, strategic presentations and decision documents for leadership discussions.
Analyse complex business problems and develop structured recommendations.
Challenge assumptions and bring independent perspectives to strategic conversations.

Driving Strategic Initiatives
Own and drive high-priority initiatives from concept through execution.
Coordinate across business functions, regions and leadership teams to ensure disciplined execution.
Track strategic priorities, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure timely resolution.
Support business transformation initiatives and organisational improvement programs.
