Role Description This is a full-time, in office Travel Consultant role located in Kozhikode. The Travel Consultant will handle day-to-day travel inquiries, advise clients on destinations, itineraries, and travel options, and manage bookings for flights, hotels, and transportation. Responsibilities include preparing and confirming reservations, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring compliance with travel policies and requirements. The role involves providing responsive customer service, resolving travel-related issues,



maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams and travel partners to deliver a positive client experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management.
Candidates should possess practical experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach.
Candidates should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings.
Knowledge of travel booking systems and basic geography, plus prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry, is beneficial.
A diploma or degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
