Collaboration: Work closely with designers, analysts, business stakeholders, and developers across multiple interlock teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless project execution.
Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a robust emphasis on Java fundamentals.
Testing: Conduct unit tests and participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality.
Documentation: Prepare technical documentation to support and guide users and developers.
Bug Fixing: Identify and fix bugs in existing applications and perform root cause analysis.
Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to enhance the overall performance, scalability, and reliability of the application.
Security: Ensure that applications adhere to security best practices and standards.
AI Tools Adoption: Leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to improve development productivity,



code quality, troubleshooting, documentation, and overall delivery efficiency.
Requirements
Java Skills: Solid understanding of Java and object-oriented programming principles.
Hybris Knowledge: Hands-on experience with SAP Hybris modules such as WCMS, PCM, and eCommerce.
Hybris B2B Experience (Preferred): Prior experience working on SAP Hybris B2B Commerce implementations, including customer-specific pricing, account management, approval workflows, and B2B purchasing processes, is highly preferred.
Web Technologies: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful web services.
Database Skills: Basic knowledge of database design and SQL.
AI Tools & Emerging Technologies: Working knowledge of AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) and an interest in leveraging AI to improve software development and delivery processes.
