This is a hands-on role. You will not be limited to routine administrative work.
You will be expected to research, communicate, organise, follow up, solve problems and help turn ideas into action.

What You Will Work On

Founder’s Office & Operations
Assist the founder with day-to-day business activities.
Help with scheduling, follow-ups and meeting coordination.
Prepare meeting notes, documents, presentations and reports.
Maintain task trackers and business documentation.
Follow up on action items and help ensure tasks move forward.

Partnerships & Outreach
Research potential collaboration partners.
Identify hospitals, clinics, senior citizen communities, societies, NGOs and relevant organisations.
Build and maintain outreach databases.
Support email, WhatsApp and phone outreach.
Track conversations and follow-ups.
Assist with partnership proposals and collaboration documentation.

Customer Acquisition
Research potential customer segments and communities in Pune.
Identify societies and senior citizen groups.
Support lead-generation activities.
Maintain lead/customer records.




Assist with follow-ups and customer outreach.
Help identify which acquisition channels are generating enquiries.

Market & Competitor Research
Research the elderly-care and companionship market.
Study competitors, services, pricing and business models.
Identify emerging opportunities and potential markets.
Research different Pune localities and potential demand.
Convert research into concise, actionable reports.

Systems & Documentation
Help create and improve SOPs.
Maintain Google Sheets, CRM and operational trackers.
Organise business documents.
Help build repeatable processes as Dear Saathi grows.
