Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Instructional Designer (8 to 10 years of experience) to lead the design and architecting of high-impact learning content for our diverse retail portfolio, spanning Jewellery, Watches, Eyewear, Perfumes, and Accessories.




In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between corporate business stakeholders and our content execution team. You will be responsible for consulting with leadership, capturing training needs, creating robust instructional blueprints, and ensuring the final training deliverables meet the highest standards of retail excellence before rolling out to our frontline teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Stakeholder Consulting & Needs Analysis
Collaborate with and support the Retail Content Head in consulting with brand managers, product design teams, and retail leadership to identify performance gaps and training needs for new collections, product launches, or behavioural initiatives.
Translate complex product technical specifications into structured, retail-friendly learning objectives.
2. Learning Architecture & Blueprinting
Design comprehensive content blueprints, high-level outlines
