Job Purpose
To manage the domestic recruitment function for healthcare talent (nurses, doctors, allied health professionals) for hospital/clinic/diagnostic centre placements across India. The role is primarily client-facing and managerial in nature — responsible for owning stakeholder discussions on hiring requirements, delegating execution to the recruitment team, and ensuring all deployments are completed within agreed SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client/partner hospitals and clinics to understand and define manpower requirements — roles, numbers, timelines,



and specifications
• Translate client requirements into transparent, actionable hiring plans and delegate execution to the recruitment team (recruiters/sourcers)
• Monitor team workload and requisition allocation to ensure balanced distribution and optimal turnaround
• Own SLA management — track deployment timelines against client commitments and proactively resolve bottlenecks or delays
• Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team as a people manager — setting goals, coaching performance, and building team capability
• Conduct regular reviews with the team on pipeline health, fill rates, and requisition ageing
• Escalate and resolve client concerns related to hiring quality, pace, or process
• Drive adoption of technology-driven recruitment practices within the team — ATS usage, automation tools, and data-driven tracking
• Report deployment status, SLA adherence, and hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-
