Role Description The Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee all cost-related aspects of residential construction projects, ensuring financial efficiency and value for money across project lifecycles. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing BOQs, estimating and budgeting, monitoring project costs, and updating cost plans and reports to support decision-making. The role involves coordinating with project managers, engineers, and contractors, evaluating variations, certifying bills,



and supporting tendering and contract negotiations. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also track cost performance against budgets, identify risks and savings, and contribute to process improvement in cost management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust skills in Cost Control and Cost Management to monitor budgets, manage expenditures, and optimize project financial outcomes.
Candidates should possess expertise in BOQ preparation and measurement to ensure accurate quantities, clear scope definition, and reliable cost estimates.
Candidates should possess capability in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting to develop forecasts, maintain updated cost plans, and provide timely management reports.
Solid understanding of residential construction processes, materials, and methods, preferably in apartment and villa projects.
