Industrial Design Engineer – ( B.Des / M.Des)

The role focuses on combining functionality, ergonomics, aesthetics, manufacturability, and safety to create competitive and user-friendly

Construction Equipment & automotive vehicles
Hand Tools, Exoskeletons and Wearables for Construction and Specialized Workforces

Key Responsibilities

Create styling proposals, 3D models, renderings,



and prototypes for recent products.
Ensure designs meet performance, durability, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Design operator cabins, controls, displays, and access systems for improved comfort and productivity.
Conduct ergonomic studies and human-machine interaction assessments.
Improve visibility, accessibility, safety, and ease of maintenance.
Benchmark competitor products and identify market trends.
Support design validation through simulations, mock-ups, and prototype testing.
Create physical and virtual prototypes for design evaluation.
