About the Role

We’re looking for a creative Motion Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into engaging, high-impact visual stories. You’ll work closely with our creative, marketing, and content teams to create motion graphics, animations, reels, promotional videos, and brand content across digital platforms.

The role requires strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, creativity, and a positive understanding of motion, typography, composition, pacing, and trends. Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator is expected.





We’re looking for someone who can think beyond the brief, experiment with ideas, and take ownership of the final creative output.

Key Responsibilities
Design and produce visually engaging motion graphics for course content, marketing campaigns, social media
Collaborate with the content team,creative team and marketing team to conceptualize and execute animation ideas that align with Kaarwan’s tone and brand identity.
Edit raw footage and add animations, transitions, and other visual effects to enhance video output.
Work on explainer videos, short-form reels, and visual assets for learning modules.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality video content with a strong narrative flow.
Stay updated on design trends and apply best practices in visual storytelling.
Contribute to AI video generation workflows and tools as part of content production.

Requirements
Minimum 0 to 1 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing.
