Role Description The Director – Hotel Sourcing & Strategy is a full time role, responsible for leading Rezolv’s global hotel sourcing, supplier strategy, and commercial performance. This role oversees hotel partner selection, rate negotiations, contract management, and portfolio optimization to support disrupted passenger accommodation and crew layover requirements. The director designs and executes sourcing strategies, builds strong relationships with hotel chains and independent properties, and aligns inventory and service levels with airline client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing demand and performance data, managing budgets and commercial terms, collaborating with sales, product, and operations teams, and ensuring service quality and compliance across all hotel partners.
