Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ranchi. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective and existing customers, understand their interior requirements, and present suitable design and service offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting showroom or site visits, providing product and service demonstrations, preparing and following up on quotations, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, coordinating with design and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution, and participating in local marketing or promotional activities to generate leads. The Sales Executive is expected to build long-term relationships with clients through professional communication, timely follow-ups, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into successful projects.
Customer relationship management skills, including active listening, empathy, and follow-through.
Good communication and presentation skills to explain interior solutions clearly and confidently.
Basic understanding of home interiors, furniture, or related products (prior interior or real estate sales experience is an advantage).
