Role Description

This full-time, on-site Junior Graphic Designer role is based in Varanasi. The Junior Graphic Designer will support the creative team by designing visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and other marketing materials. Day-to-day tasks include creating layouts, refining logos and brand elements, preparing graphics for various platforms, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with marketers and content creators, receiving and implementing feedback,



and assisting in brainstorming sessions for new visual concepts. The Junior Graphic Designer will also help maintain organized design files and stay updated on current design trends and tools.

Qualifications

Strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual content.
Experience or training in Logo Design and Branding to support the development and refinement of brand identities.
Knowledge of Typography principles to ensure readable, well-structured, and visually appealing text layouts.
Proficiency with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar tools).
Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback and iterative design work.
Positive communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
