Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and cutting-edge Senior BIM Coordinator to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will lead and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) efforts across complex projects, ensuring seamless integration of multi-disciplinary designs and adherence to industry standards.
Implement and maintain BIM quality control systems across projects
Lead and manage a team of BIM professionals, providing guidance and mentorship
Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project delivery
Oversee the creation and maintenance of BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements
Conduct regular project reviews and coordinate with designers and project leads
Attend and contribute to coordination meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders
Develop and implement BIM standards and best practices within the organization
Analyze and resolve complex modeling and coordination issues
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in BIM
Contribute to the continuous improvement of company systems and procedures
Ensure adherence to health and safety policies in BIM implementation
Collaborate with business development teams to support client relationships
