Joyra Interiors is an *interior design agency* seeking an experienced *Sales Manager* to lead our sales process in Gurugram.

* Location: Near MG Metro, Gurugram
* Salary: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month
* Industry: Interior Design

Key Responsibilities

* Handle client enquiries, calls and sales conversations
* Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closure
* Follow up consistently with prospects
* Lead and guide junior sales team members
* Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
* Coordinate with clients, designers and execution teams
* Ensure smooth sales handovers
* Track performance and achieve sales targets

Requirements

* Proven sales experience in the interior design industry.
* Solid understanding of the interior design sales cycle.




* Experience handling residential or commercial projects.
* Excellent objection-handling, negotiation and closing skills.
* Strong communication and client-management abilities.
* Ability to lead a team and maintain sales discipline.
* Understanding of interior design services and client expectations.

Candidates without relevant interior design sales experience may not be considered.
