? Role Overview
As an Experienced Design Engineer at Absolute Composites, you will play a critical role in driving advanced aerospace engineering projects from concept to qualification.



This position is ideal for professionals who have hands‑on experience in structural design, composite engineering, and CAD/CAE tools, and are looking to work on cutting‑edge aerospace platforms.
You will lead design tasks, mentor junior engineers, collaborate across engineering and manufacturing teams, work in compliance with quality objectives and contribute significantly to the development of next‑generation UAVs and composite airframe structures.

? Key Responsibilities
• Advanced Engineering Design
Independently develop detailed aerospace structural and composite design solutions.
Create 3D models, assemblies, and production-ready drawings using industry-standard CAD tools.
• Structural & Engineering Analysis
Perform preliminary and detailed structural calculations.
Support FEA, laminate optimization, material selection, and weight reduction studies.
Review and validate design outputs for manufacturability and
