Role Description The Community Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North, responsible for building and managing a vibrant, inclusive community within AnthillIQ’s shared office spaces. This role involves welcoming and onboarding new members, coordinating day-to-day workspace operations, and serving as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and support.



The Community Manager will plan and execute events and programs that encourage networking, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among entrepreneurs, startups, and corporate clients. Responsibilities include maintaining high customer satisfaction, collecting tenant feedback, coordinating with facilities and service providers, and supporting marketing and outreach activities to grow the community. The role requires proactive problem-solving, consistent in office presence, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure a smooth, professional environment for all occupants.
Qualifications
