About the role:
If you’re someone who can turn a random idea into a scroll-stopping visual, understands what makes a design work, and has a good eye for aesthetics — we’d love to meet you.
We’re looking for a Design Trainee to join our team for a 3-month stint and work on real-world creative projects, especially across digital and social media.

✦ What we’re looking for
3–6 months of design internship experience
A strong, aesthetically appealing portfolio — this is the first thing we’ll look at
Good understanding of visual composition, typography, colour and layout
Ability to manipulate and adapt designs based on different creative requirements
Experience creating social media creatives — static posts, stories, campaigns, etc.
Strong attention to detail and a positive eye for what looks right




Good communication skills — you should be comfortable explaining your design choices and taking feedback
Willingness to experiment, learn and push your creative boundaries
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar

✦ Bonus points if you
Keep up with design, visual and social media trends
Can take a brief and make it your own
Understand that good design is not just about making things look pretty
Have a little ✨ creative chaos ✨ but know how to turn it into good work
