Role & Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise Windows infrastructure—Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and File/Print Services.
Provide Tier 2/3 application support for business-critical line-of-business apps running on Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, and .NET stacks.
Automate routine infrastructure tasks using PowerShell, batch scripting, and configuration management tools like SCCM or Ansible.
Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure/application outages, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive controls.




Collaborate with security, network, and cloud teams to harden systems, manage patch cycles, and ensure compliance with internal SLAs and external standards.
Document configurations, runbooks, and support procedures to enable knowledge transfer and reduce MTTR for recurring issues.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
MCSE Certification (or equivalent Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Windows Server Hybrid Administrator)
Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
Active Directory & Group Policy Management
PowerShell Scripting
IIS & .NET Application Support
SCCM / Intune / Configuration Manager
Windows Event Log & Performance Monitor Analysis
Troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, and NetBIOS issues
Preferred
Azure Virtual Machines or Azure Automation exposure
Experience with monitoring tools like Zabbix, PRTG, or SCOM
ITIL Foundation Certification
