Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Ghaziabad. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and other logistics partners.



The specialist will perform market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings, and will use these insights to support sales strategies and proposals. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing clients, presenting Rlogy’s logistics solutions, coordinating closely with operations teams, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the sales cycle. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of outreach, pipeline activities, and performance metrics to support continuous business growth.
