Job Description
Duties of a Physician include conducting check-ups, diagnosing diseases, prescribing medications, providing treatments, collaborating with healthcare teams, and staying updated with medical advancements.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in adult patients.
Conduct physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as needed.
Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
Provide emergency care and manage inpatients when required.
Collaborate with specialists and refer patients when necessary.
Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Participate in clinical audits and medical case discussions.
