We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Key Account Manager (Healthcare) to drive business growth across leading healthcare organizations and institutions. The role focuses on building executive relationships, identifying new opportunities, influencing project specifications, and driving adoption of Schneider Electric's integrated solutions across Electrification, Digitalization, Sustainability, Software, and Services.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow strategic healthcare accounts.
Build strong relationships with CXOs, Engineering Heads, Consultants, PMCs, and Developers.
Drive revenue growth, order booking, and pipeline generation.
Promote Schneider Electric's portfolio including Electrical Distribution, BMS, Secure Power, ELV, Software, Services, and Sustainability solutions.
Influence specifications and project decisions through consultants and design firms.
Identify opportunities across hospitals, healthcare campuses, medical colleges, research institutes, and expansion projects.
Develop account strategies to increase share of wallet and long-term customer engagement.

What We're Looking For

A high-energy sales professional with robust healthcare industry connections and experience engaging with senior decision-makers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent relationship-building skills, a consultative selling mindset, and the ability to drive strategic growth across major healthcare networks and institutions.

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automation, or related discipline.
MBA preferred.
